This was a four floor extension of the existing building, consisting of two supply and extract risers, one extract bell mouth and a main supply run supplying four fabric socks per floor. Each floor has a toilet extract system and a heat recovery system in the welfare areas.

We overcame height issues with the steels on the internal ducts by fabricating and installing square to rounds on either side with a rectangular duct under the steels. On the external in truth this was a design and build. The risers had to be installed top down as we did not have the space to manoeuvre the scissor lifts around the ducts. The insulation also had to be completed in this order. The supply and extract had pass over a generator and also cross over each other, at 1500 x 1500 this was complicated.
